Care for Equipment

Helmets

• DO NOT put any sharp objects inside of helmets. DO NOT set or hang helmets on any sharp objects.
• Should be washed and cleaned inside at least once a week. Use mild soap and water only.

Shoulder Pads

• Hand wash when needed. Use mild soap and water only.
• Hang up so they can dry out between practices.

White Practice Pants

• Remove knee pads, do not wash knee pads.
• Heavily soiled pants should be soaked in Oxi-Clean or similar product.
• Wash and rinse in COLD water, using mild detergent. Wash with like colors.
• DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF BLEACH!
• DO NOT wash white belt. DO NOT cut white belts.
• Tumble dry low or line dry. Remove promptly. DO NOT dry clean or iron.

Padded Girdles

• Heavily soiled girdles should be soaked in Oxi-Clean or similar product.
• Wash and rinse in COLD water, using mild detergent. Wash with like colors.
• DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF BLEACH!
• DO NOT use fabric softener.
• Remove immediately after washing.    
• Line dry only. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER. Do NOT dry clean or iron.

Rawlings Reversible Game Jerseys (Tackle)

• Machine wash in cold water with like colors.
• DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF BLEACH!
• DO NOT use fabric softener.
• Line dry only. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER.
• DO NOT iron or dry clean.
• DO NOT use bleach or fabric softener as they can break down the moisture wicking properties of the garment and cause them to deteriorate prematurely.

• Machine wash in cold water with like colors.
• DO NOT USE ANY TYPE OF BLEACH!

• Line dry only. DO NOT PUT IN DRYER.
• DO NOT iron or dry clean.
• DO NOT use bleach or fabric softener as they can break down the moisture wicking properties of the garment and cause them to deteriorate prematurely.
